Complaints
1. Filing a complaint
Any complaints regarding non-performance or improper performance of the training service may be submitted via the complaint form sent to the e-mail address: kontakt@g4bim.pl, by post to the address Grupa4BIM sp. z o.o., ul. Królewska 57, 30-081 Kraków, Poland, as well as in person at the registered office of the courses Organizer within 10 days from the date of completion of the Course.
2. What should the complaint contain?
The complaint should contain the following data:
- designation of the Participant or the Applicant – name, surname, correspondence address, e-mail address, contact phone number,
- the subject-matter of the complaint,
- indication of the factual circumstances justifying the complaint.
3. Complaint handling time
Complaints shall be considered by the Organizer within 14 working days of its receipt. The entity submitting the complaint will be informed about the manner of considering the complaint in the form in which it submitted the complaint. The training organizer reserves the right to leave the complaint unresolved if it arrives after the deadline or contains significant deficiencies that hinder its consideration.
4. Positive consideration of the complaint
If the complaint is considered justified, the Service Organizer, Grupa4BIM sp. z o.o., depending on the circumstances contained in the complaint, will offer:
- repetition of the service or its part,
- the use of supplementary individual online substantive assistance.
