- Service Recipients – any natural person accessing the Website and using the services provided through the Website by the Service Provider.
- Communication by Electronic Means – Communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.
- General Provisions
- Website rules and regulations define rules for using the Website and outline rights and obligations for both the User and the Service Provider.
- The subject of the Service Provider’s services is to provide free tools in the form of the Website, enabling the Service Recipients to access content in the form of entries, articles and audiovisual materials or web applications and electronic forms
- Any possible content and articles bearing traits of advice constitute a compilation of data and shall not be addressed to any Service Recipients individually. Service Provider shall not be liable for its use by the Service Recipients.
- Service Recipients assumes full responsibility for using content available on the Website, including their use in accordance with applicable law.
- Service Provider does not warrant the usefulness of published information and materials.
- Service Provider shall not be accountable for any damages incurred by Service Recipients or third parties in connection with their use of the Website. Service Recipients agree that their use of the website shall be at their own risk.

- The use of the Website by each of the Service Recipients is free of charge and voluntary.
- The Service Recipients are obliged to read the Regulations and other documents constituting its integral part and must accept its provisions in full in order to continue using the Website.
- The Service Recipients may not use any personal data obtained on the Website for marketing purposes.

- In the event of detecting the occurrence or potential possibility of a Cybersecurity incident or a breach of the GDPR, the Service Recipients should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem / threat and protect the interests of all Service Recipients

- Service recipients can use the Website without having to subscribe to the Newsletter.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter service is voluntary.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter service is free of charge.
- Technical requirements related to the Newsletter service:
- having an active e-mail account.

- providing an individual e-mail account in the electronic form,
- verification of the provided e-mail account by launching the link sent to it,
- consent to receive e-mail notifications,

- notification of new news, entries, competitions, and other promotional campaigns related to the Website services,

- Any person subscribed to the Mailing List is free to unsubscribe at any moment.

- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided e-mail address from the Service Provider’s database.

- According to the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright, simple press releases, understood as information only, without the author’s comment and evaluation, are not protected. For the author, it is possible to use content details, but not to copy materials from the Website in full or part unless specified on the Website.
- Amendments to the rules of procedure
- Any provisions of the Rules and Regulations can be changed at any time by the Service Provider, without giving any reasons.
- Amendments to the Regulations shall enter into force immediately after their publication.
- Each User that continues to use the Website after amendments are introduced is considered to accept them in full.
- Final Provisions
- The Service Provider shall make every effort to ensure that the Website services are offered on a continuous basis. However, it does not bear any responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference of the Service Recipients, third parties or the operation of external automatic programs.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information posted on the Website at the time selected by the Service Provider without prior notice.
- Service Provider reserves the right to temporary, entire or partial switching off of the Service in the aim of its improvement, adding services or doing maintenance, without prior notice.
