In order to effectively use the potential of BIM, not only the technical competences of the teams are sufficient, but also appropriate project management. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is becoming the standard in the implementation of construction projects, and agile management methods (Agile) the standard of modern project management.
Educational goals
The service prepares for independent management of construction projects in accordance with ISO 19650 and the principles of agile project management methods in investments implemented in accordance with the BIM methodology.
