COBie training operating requirements and export from Autodesk Revit
COBie preparation of AIM models and export of COBie sheets
For whom?
Training dedicated to designers, contractors, investors and real estate managers who want to understand the standard of transferring information from/to the software for creating BIM projects and platforms for managing objects/assets.
- Number of days: 1
- Duration: 8 h
- Materials: YES
Educational goals:
The training prepares you to independently export and import COBie files from Autodesk Revit software. Participants will learn the preparation path and practical tips on parameterization of BIM operational models, taking into account the customer’s requirements and COBie standards.
The training allows you to understand the purpose of creating COBie files and the structure of these files. Participants will learn to create information exchange spreadsheets, prepare a BIM4FM model, and characterize the roles of project stakeholders, which is crucial for the effective implementation of construction facility operations.
Learning outcomes:
Attendee:
- Can explain the purpose of creating COBie files
- checks the requirements of the ordering party in terms of the operation of the construction facility
- understands the standard and structure of COBie files
- creates an information exchange spreadsheet
- characterizes the roles and responsibilities of project stakeholders
- can prepare a BIM4FM model
